March 18th
Dojo is still having some delay issues, so for the time being I will post the question in both places and you can answer however is most convenient for you. Also, please take a minute to choose preferred hours for office hours.
As of right now, it looks like the most preferred office hours are daily from 10am-12pm and 6-8pm. So I will be checking in specifically at those times, but I am always available! I may not get back to you immediately, but I want to try and be as prompt as possible answering your questions. Today's question... What is your favorite activity to do outside? I love to read books when it's nice outside, or even when it's raining! I love the smell of the rain, and love the warm breeze on comfortable days. We usually have Computers on Wednesdays, so I will be posting links and assignments from Mrs. Thueson. I have sent your student's login information through Dojo, so check for that if your student isn't sure on what to do. Here is this week's information from Mrs. Thueson: Welcome to Computer Lab online! To access your typing.com account for keyboarding lessons and practice, please go to the school website https://sites.google.com/a/alpinedistrict.org/cedarvalleycomputers/home/grade-3 and click the typing.com link in the message. If you need help, please watch this video for instructions on how to login if you need it. https://www.loom.com/share/c72de1d41e8d4919a38f5dc999100380 You don't need to worry about code.org this week but you will be using that eventually, so please save both usernames and passwords for each site so you can access them for the lessons. Thanks and have a wonderful week! Mrs. Thueson P.S. Please contact me with questions at [email protected] Today's Assignments: 1. Read a story on Wonders 2. Do a lesson on iReady 3.
