March 20th
How are things going? Is there anything I can do to help? Please email me or send a Dojo message if you're needing help or just want to chat! As of right now, it looks like the most preferred office hours are daily from 10am-12pm and 6-8pm. So I will be checking in specifically at those times, but I am always available! I may not get back to you immediately, but I want to try and be as prompt as possible answering your questions.
Today's question... Have you done anything this week that would have earned you a ticket from our Sheriffs in class? What kind, good or bad? If it was bad, how can you work to make your actions at home safer, nicer, and more likely to earn a good ticket? At school, I would have earned a bad ticket for a messy desk! I still haven't cleaned off my desk at school, and that probably won't happen for a bit! But here at home, I probably would have earned a good ticket for kindness. I have 2 kids who are great students, but they have needed an extra measure of love and support this week. We usually have an afternoon recess on Fridays, and sometimes "Friday Fun", so I've decided that today we will have a DIGITAL BREAKOUT!!! Follow the link to a fun review on time! Today's Assignments: 1. Read a story on Wonders 2. Do a lesson on iReady 3. Do 1 spelling game on Spelling City 4. Do 1 high frequency word game on Spelling City 5. Answer the question of the day 6. Submit your writing assignment through email or Dojo before Monday. 7. Meet your Lexia goal 8. Do the Digital Breakout, or play a game with someone 9. Have FUN!!! Have a great weekend! |
